Terms and Conditions of Service

1. Nature of the Agreement

This document constitutes a legal and binding contract between you (the "User") and Doitly (the "Provider") governing the access and use of the web platform, conversion tools, generators, and APIs hosted at doitlyapp.com.

By clicking on the site, uploading a file, or using any provided tool, you confirm that you possess the legal capacity to accept these Terms and commit to complying with them fully. If you interact on behalf of a company, you warrant having the authority to bind such entity to these terms.

2. Acceptable Use and Abuse Restrictions

Doitly provides an advanced technological environment. To ensure optimal performance for all users, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Intellectual Property Infringement: Uploading, converting, or processing copyrighted works (e-books, confidential documents, licensed images) for which you do not have explicit authorization from the rights holder.
• Malicious Payloads: Attempting to process files containing viruses, trojans, ransomware, malicious macros, or any script designed to exploit vulnerabilities in our conversion algorithms or affect third parties.
• Infrastructure Abuse (Scraping/Bots): Using automated bots, spiders, or scripts to bypass web user interfaces and make massive requests to our API resulting in service degradation or evasion of Rate Limits.

3. User Accounts and Project Data

• Content Ownership: You retain full intellectual property ownership of all content stored in your account. Doitly claims no rights over your project data.
• No Binary File Storage: User accounts do NOT store binary files (images, PDFs, documents). Only structured JSON data is saved (text, configurations, design metadata).
• Account Deletion: You may request the complete deletion of your account and permanent purge of all associated data by contacting us through the support form.

4. Tool Accuracy and Results

The User is solely responsible for comprehensively reviewing the accuracy of the data and the format of the output file before using it for critical academic, legal, or commercial purposes.

• "As Is" Availability: The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We expressly disclaim any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee specific uptime for free-tier users.
• Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Doitly be legally liable for the unrecoverable loss of original files, lost profits, business interruption, or any consequential damage deriving from the use of our tools. We strongly urge you to maintain backups of your original documents before uploading them.

7. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

These conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the federal laws of the United Mexican States, without giving effect to its conflict of law principles. Any controversy, claim, or dispute arising from these Terms or the use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Mexico.
